My favorite memory would have to be winning volleyball sectionals & dancing in the locker room- "We get our jackets!" I still like to listen to GNR before I "get my game on" - only intramural volleyball isn't quite the same with the 30+ crowd!
I also loved cruisin Washington street just to see who was hangin out. Toilet papering, bashing mailboxes, stealing signs & skipping school was quite the good time. It was always fun in the Blue Malibu!
I have to stop now, because my 14 year old is looking over my shoulder & is appauled at his mom's behavior.
One thing I am really good at:
Teaching- I love it.
My favorite WC teacher:
Mr. Grey always looked good! Also loved Mr. Greenlee's humor & Mr. Reed's creativity.
What I miss the most from high school:
Being a part of a team- I loved the volleyball girls. Looking forward to seeing all of you- Kenya you best get your butt to the reunion!
Best decision I've made since high school:
To go back and get my teaching license.
When I retire, I will:
Write & travel.
My ideal getaway:
Dale Hollow lake- days filled with boating, family, and adult beverages.
How I would like to be remembered:
A good mom and inspiring teacher.
Best relationship advice:
Love the one you're with
Best parenting advice:
Smack em first- ask questions later (is that wrong?) Just kidding- love them everyday, stay involved with them & have fun together.
Current Employer
Calvary Lutheran
The job I would choose if nothing else mattered:
I still would teach.
For fun I like to:
Boat, watch my boys play baseball, basketball, & football, read, hang out with my man at our favorite watering hole, play cards with Jen & Kristina
