Kenya leaves behind two boys and a man who really loved her. I worked with Devin Wilson and he told me about Kenya..she used to always make me laugh in general business class. R.I.P .....
My sister was able to see a lot of the world before passing. She married Devin Wilson grad from LN. Devin joined the air force just before they married. Kenya moved to Shreveport La shortly after grad from Warren. While there she gave birth to her second son. That when she got sick. She move back to Indy shortly after that and stayed for a couple of years. She then moved to Clarks AFB in P.I. and was there maybe 6 months before the base was evac due to a volcano. She spent time aboard ship with her two sons and then returns to Indy. Still at this time she was still sick. After a few treatments in Indy she moves with her two sons out to Cali. There she lived and worked for a couple of years. She got really sick and had to return to Indy. My mother flew out to get the boys and escort her home. Thing started to look up for her at this time. She had a great support system at home. She had bone marrow replacement a few days after Christmas in 1993. Things worked out for her for a few days then her body started to reject it. My sister dies on the 3rd of Jan 1994. That's a day I will never forget.
As for her husband, let me say this he made her life HELL.
Her two sons lived with my parent and still live in Indy to this day. Both Grad from Warren: Devin Wilson Jr. (DJ) for short and the baby boy even played football for Warren his name is Dominique.
